This weekend, my wife and I are flying up to Northern California to attend a wedding. We're really excited, because the last wedding we went to we didn't really have time to eat, we didn't get to speak to anyone for more than 5 minutes, and we were super tired. That wedding was…our own.
We knew our wedding day would be like that – a day that we would remember for the rest of our lives, but also one that would go by so fast we could hardly savor the moments. I think that's why we're so excited about this weekend's wedding because we get to sit back, relax and just celebrate without having to worry if I'm going to hit all of my dance steps.
It kind of reminds me of my online business. When I was starting out on my own, I planned it out, worked really hard at it, and was constantly worrying about what I was doing without actually spending time to enjoy it and realize that I was creating a new life for myself. Now that I'm “established”, when I see other people work hard for their success, I can really appreciate what their doing for themselves. It reminds me of when I first started out, and makes me appreciate the hard work I did for myself too.
So this weekend, when I see two of my good college friends (Go Bears!) get married, not only will I sit back, relax and enjoy the occasion – I will remember my own wedding, look at my wife, smile, and tell her I love her.
As my twitter profile states: it's not about the money, it's about having more time with my family.
Enjoy the weekend everyone!

You forgot to mention the pain in your face from smiling for all those hundreds of pictures . . . my face literally hurt until the next day.
We stopped on the way to the airport and ate at Wendy’s (love their chili over a baked potato) after my first wedding– I heard the prime rib was good, but I really couldn’t tell you for sure.
As for other people’s weddings . . . take my advice: drink heavily and have a blast!

Drink heavily and have a blast? Yeah. That is pretty good advice!

You have a very beautifully wife. you people are also very good dancing pairs. I had seen that dancing video which end up as Akon hip hop. I liked you break dance and throwing and catching of white hat.
