I saw a picture of you earlier the before and current. Woooow thats some chnage in 60 days.

Ive dropped from 16 3/4 Stone to 14 1/4 in 4 YEARS 🙂 by eating less and eliminating foods that didnot agre with me.

Problem now is the old stomach is far from flat 🙁 Im going to look into this P90X and give it a try

Great post! I started P90X a few weeks ago to help with the stress of life. Being an entrepreneur is difficult but if you stick to it you will eventually succeed just like with P90X I am beginning to see results and man it is hard!
